In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2.2 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 789com Platform. Registering or operating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such circumstances, 789com reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately and void any pending or settled winnings.

2.3 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Players are required to notify 789com promptly of any changes to their registered details, including mobile number, by contacting support. 789com accepts no liability for consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is operated under international gaming compliance standards. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 789com Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended at 789com's discretion.

2.5 KYC Verification. 789com operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Players are required to submit a valid, government-issued identity document (CNIC for Pakistani players) before any withdrawal request is processed. 789com may also request proof of payment method, proof of address, or source of funds documentation in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. 3.3 Account Inactivity. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 789com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and OTC Cash. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 789com does not apply conversion fees on standard PKR transactions.

4.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount is Rs200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 789com, though payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players are advised to consult their payment provider's terms for any applicable limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case an alternative verified method may be used subject to additional verification.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed instantly upon approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 60 minutes during standard banking hours.

4.4 Chargeback Policy. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 789com is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. The Platform cooperates fully with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Players who are found to be using the Platform for money laundering or any related financial crime will have their accounts immediately suspended and all relevant information will be disclosed to the appropriate authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 789com are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each offer is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings are held in the Bonus Balance and are not available for withdrawal.

5.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying the Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute at 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players should review game contribution rates before selecting which games to use when clearing a bonus.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses at 789com carry an expiry date as stated in the individual promotion terms. Any unwagered bonus balance that has not been converted into withdrawable funds by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.

5.5 Abuse of Promotions. 789com reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or void any bonus or associated winnings if the Platform determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a Player has exploited, abused, or manipulated any promotional offer. This includes, without limitation, coordinated bonus abuse through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy requirements artificially, or any pattern of play that 789com determines is motivated purely by bonus exploitation rather than genuine gameplay.

6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports market available on the 789com Platform operates under specific rules displayed within the game interface or market page. By placing a wager, the Player accepts the applicable rules for that specific game or market. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 789com's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round or bet shall be final.

6.2 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-contest before the required minimum duration of play, 789com will apply the settlement rules stated in the specific sports market terms. In-play bets accepted after an incident that would affect the outcome — but before odds are updated — may be voided at 789com's reasonable discretion.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. 789com imposes minimum and maximum stake limits on a per-game and per-market basis. These limits are displayed within the game interface and betting interface respectively. 789com reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including on a per-account basis where the Platform reasonably determines that risk management requires it.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software or system error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, payout, or any other material parameter, 789com reserves the right to void any wager placed on the basis of the erroneous display and refund the staked amount. No obligation arises to honour a bet settled on the basis of a manifest error.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 789com Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games or betting markets.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated process to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any game or market on behalf of a human player.

11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 789com's total liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their 789com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Consequential Loss. 789com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss suffered by a Player in connection with their use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.4 Internet Risk. The Player acknowledges that online gaming is conducted over the internet and that 789com cannot guarantee the reliability or continuity of internet connectivity. Any losses incurred by the Player as a result of internet connectivity failure, latency, or related technical issues are the Player's own risk.

12.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 789com is licensed and registered. These Terms & Conditions do not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to this Agreement.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between 789com and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
